Since our primary offerings include professional medical consultations, clinical services, and personalized health solutions, we have established the following guidelines for cancellations and refunds.
1. Appointment Cancellations & Rescheduling

Prior Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled time.

Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a partial cancellation fee.

No-Shows: If a patient fails to show up for a confirmed appointment without prior notice, the consultation fee for that session will be non-refundable.
2. Refund Eligibility for Services

Consultation Fees: Once a medical consultation, check-up, or clinical session has been conducted by Dr. Remenyi, the service fee is non-refundable, as professional time and medical expertise have already been delivered.

Advance Payments: If you paid in advance for an appointment and cancelled it at least 24 hours in advance, you are eligible for a 100% full refund.
3. Processing of Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment (Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or UPI) used during booking.

The refunded amount usually reflects in your account within 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank’s processing time.
4. Exceptional Cases
We understand that emergencies happen. In cases of severe medical emergencies or unavoidable technical glitches from our end (e.g., telemedicine platform issues), exceptions can be made. Please contact our support team immediately with your booking details.
