1. Digital Services & Telehealth Delivery

Most of our services are delivered digitally. This includes online consultation links, digital prescriptions, medical receipts, and personalized health reports.

  • Delivery Method: All digital documents and consultation access links are sent directly to your registered email address or via secure SMS/WhatsApp.

  • Delivery Time: Virtual appointment links are sent instantly upon successful booking. Medical reports or digital prescriptions are typically delivered within 2 to 24 hours after your consultation session.

  • Shipping Charges: There are zero (0) shipping or delivery charges for any digital services, reports, or online consultations.

2. Physical Products & Medicines Delivery (If Applicable)

If you purchase prescribed medicines, health supplements, or physical wellness products directly through our platform:

  • Processing Time: All orders are verified and processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

  • Estimated Delivery Time:

    • Local/City Delivery: 1–2 business days.

    • Domestic Shipping: 3–7 business days depending on your location.

  • Shipping Rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the delivery distance and package weight.

3. Wrong Address & Delivery Failures

  • Please ensure that your delivery address, email, and phone number are correct at the time of booking or ordering.

  • We are not responsible for delivery failures due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the user. If a physical shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping charges may apply.

4. Damaged or Missing Shipments (For Physical Items)

If you receive a physical package that is damaged or if items are missing, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos or videos so we can assist you with a replacement.
